- Open Outlook 365 and navigate to "Info-> Add Accounts"
- Click the "+ Add Account" (Plus) icon and add a New Account
- Enter your email address and tick "Let me set up my account manually". Click “Connect” button to continue.
- From the “Choose account type”, select “IMAP”
- For the Incoming Mail Settings, provide the following information:
Username youremail@yourdomain.com Password **** Server mail.yourdomain.com Port 993 Security Type SSL/TLS Authentication Normal Password - For the Outgoing Mail Settings, provide the following information:
Username youremail@yourdomain.com Password **** Server mail.yourdomain.com Port 465 Security Type SSL/TLS Authentication Normal Password - Click “Connect” button to continue.
- Enter the email account password again for the outgoing mail server and click “OK” button.
(Note: Save this password in your password list is optional.)
Account setup is complete and you may now use IMAP for your email account.
